New school league tables for primary and secondary schools across England have been published by the Department for Education.
The latest secondary school tables show how teenagers performed in their GCSE and A-levels for the last academic year, ending in the summer of 2019.
One of the measures used to rank schools is Progress 8, which assesses a pupil's performance and progress across their best eight GCSE subjects (including English, maths and three EBacc subjects).
The so-called EBacc (English Baccalaureate) is a measure that recognises pupils who take a suite of core academic GCSEs - English, maths, science, history or geography and a foreign language.
