India’s parliament disrupted for a third day with protests over Manipur violence
India's Parliament was disrupted for a third day by protests over ethnic clashes in the northeastern state Manipur, in which more than 130 people have been killed since May. Opposition lawmakers demanded a statement from the Prime Minister on the violence before a debate on the issue.
