'It never feels good' raising interest rates, says Bank of England chief

The Bank of England raised the base rate of interest by 0.75 percentage points to 3%, the single biggest increase in more than three decades. Governor Andrew Bailey told Paste BN this was to prevent a "much worse" situation with "much bigger job losses".
