Lucy Letby guilty: Government orders independent inquiry into circumstances of murders
Health Secretary Steve Barclay said he was sending his deepest sympathies to those affected by Lucy Letby's actions. Mr Barclay also added that this incoming inquiry will seek to ensure the "parents and families impacted get the answers they need."
