Nottingham attacks: Victims’ families ‘disappointed’ but unsurprised with report into Calocane plea
The victims' families expressed frustration with the report's findings with Barnaby Webber's mother Emma stating, "if you commit murder in this country, and you've got mental health issues, then it is very unlikely that you are going to be tried for murder".
According to the report, prosecutors were correct to accept Nottingham killer Valdo Calocane's manslaughter by diminished responsibility pleas instead of pursuing a murder case.
