Report criticises Conservative government's response to Harry Dunn case
The 19-year-old was killed after he was hit by a car being driven on the wrong side of the road by US citizen Anne Sacoolas. Ms Sacoolas was the wife of a US intelligence worker and was granted diplomatic immunity, allowing her to leave the country following the incident in 2019.
