Turkey-Syria earthquake: Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan says initial response was slow
Speaking to reporters in the Kahramanmaras province near the epicentre of the earthquake, President Erdogan said there were some problems in the initial response to the quake, as the death toll rises to over 9,000.
