Ukraine invasion: 'This threat is relevant to the entire world,' says Antony Blinken

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Brussels to meet with NATO and European leaders. He said Russia's invasion of Ukraine was challenging "fundamental principles" of national sovereignty, which have been established since World War Two.
