Ukraine war: Volodymyr Zelenskyy says country needs 'hundreds of billions of dollars' to rebuild

Speaking at a joint meeting of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said it will take hundreds of billions of dollars to rebuild the country.
